All items at House of Ravenstone are custom-crafted, made to order, or created as personalized spiritual/intuitive work.
For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, your satisfaction is deeply important.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product + packaging

We will repair, remake, or replace the item when appropriate.

Digital products, readings, and spiritual/intuitive services are non-refundable.
